TICKETING FAQS

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS? 

Tickets are sold through our online box office. On concert day, tickets are available at the door, unless the concert sells out. Ticket sales begin 45 minutes before showtime. 

WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES? 

  • Adults $20

  • Seniors 65+, Veterans, First Responders $15

  • Students $10

  • Children under 5 Free

DO YOU SELL SEASON TICKETS?

Season tickets are available for sale during the summer for the following concert season; the price is $50. Purchase through our website. 

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR A GROUP?

Reach out to our box office manager.

PERFORMANCE FAQS

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A BAC CONCERT? 

Concerts are about 90 minutes in length and are accompanied by piano and/or live orchestra. Each concert has a theme. The songs within the theme are accessible for all ages. The choir may sing a piece by Mozart and an arrangement of a Bob Dylan song in the same concert! The BAC likes to perform beautiful songs and have a good time doing it. Some songs will have images or videos projected while performed, to enhance the experience.  

ARE PERFORMANCES APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN?

Children under 5 years of age are welcome and are admitted to BAC concerts for free. Things to consider when deciding to bring a small child: 

  • There may be loud noises, such as cymbals crashing or over 100 voices singing loudly for short durations. If your child is sensitive to sounds, consider bringing headphones for the child. 

  • Concerts are up to 1 ½ hours in length. Is your child able to sit for that long? 

WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN? 

Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to show time. Occasionally, opening time is delayed by a few minutes to allow the choir(s) to complete warmups. 

HOW ARE SEATS ASSIGNED?

Every seat is a good seat, and it is open seating, with the exception of some reserved seating indicated by sashes on the pews.

WHERE DO I PARK?

On concert days at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, you can park behind the church, or across the street in the large parking lot in front of the fire station. 

WHERE DO I GO IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Please wait at the auditorium doors; late arrivals will be seated between songs. Please allow adequate time to find a seat before start time.

IS THE AUDITORIUM WHEELCHAIR/WALKER ACCESSIBLE?

WHO CAN SING WITH BAC? 

Anyone who loves to sing and can read music! Auditions are held in August and January. See our auditions page for more information about how to sign up and prepare for your audition. 

WHEN ARE REHEARSALS?

We rehearse at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Nassau Bay (18220 Upper Bay Rd. Houston, TX 77058) from 7-9 pm Mondays from mid-August through early May. We have weekend rehearsals once or twice a year.
